Write in English, French or German and the reply comes back in the same language. French, Swiss German and English are mother tongues at the practice; we also work in standard German. An engineer takes the first call.
Describe your project in two minutes
Or write and call directly
The form is only a shortcut. If you would rather write it yourself, info@mz-e.ch arrives in the same place. Five lines are enough, and the more precise they are, the closer the first proposal will be:
- the municipality the building is in, because it determines the canton and therefore the rules and the subsidies that apply;
- the type of building: house, condominium (PPE), rented apartment building, public building, shop or offices;
- the year it was built and the heating system it has now, even approximately;
- what you are expecting from us: a costed replacement decision, a permit application, a review of an installer's quotation, or a full appointment;
- your deadline, if you have one.
Attach whatever you have to hand: a heating bill, an installer's quotation, a drawing, a photograph of the plant room. None of it is needed to get an answer. If you used the form, just reply to the acknowledgement to attach your documents.
Either way the enquiry arrives at info@mz-e.ch and an engineer reads it — there is no front desk between you and the engineer. Both this site and the mailbox are hosted in Switzerland.

New premises are being fitted out, with a meeting room for project meetings and condominium general meetings.
Where we work
Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, and the Chablais region of Valais as far as Saint-Maurice. What depends on distance is site supervision rather than the study or the permit application, and we agree the arrangement in the proposal.
Tell us the municipality of the building, what it is used for and what you have to decide. An engineer replies.
